| Bi-Lingual Purchasing or Selling a home is a difficult process. However, it is more difficult when it is done in a foreign language. The task of selling and buying a home becomes more challenging and intimidating. The amount of paperwork to sign and complete will seem massive. The amount of time that one has to communicate with all involved parties will be bothersome. Negotiating will be exhausting and frustrating. The language barrier may even reveal itself to errors that would have been eliminated if one had a professional, knowledgeable, reliable, bi- lingual person at their side to negotiate on their behalf, translate all paperwork, serve as a liaison to all parties, advise on real estate, and more. I am a Korean-American who was born in Seoul, Korea. Even though I have called the United States home since I was four years old, I have been blessed to hold onto my Korean language and culture. I am aware of the difficulties that a language barrier may cause. I know how frustrating things can get and how "lost" one may feel when everything seems so foreign. My cultural awareness and sensitivity will allow me to service your needs like no other real estate agent. |
