Time is Precious

You can receive direct email from me of homes that meet all your criteria of your
dream home. No more endless hours waisted searching for a home that MAY meet
your criteria.

Timing is Everything - Be the First to Know

Wouldn't it be great to be the first to find out if a hone that meets your criteria just
came out on the market?  Many people miss out on the "perfect" home because
they did not know that the "perfect" home just came out on the market.  "Perfect"
homes sell fast and you have to act fast.

Here are Some Basics to Consider When You're Deciding Where
You Want to Live

- Proximity to work centers, highways, public transportation and other transit will
have a great impact on your quality of life.
- Basic services should be easily accessible, like grocery stores, restaurants, post
offices, dry cleaners, etc.
- Hospitals and medical care should be within a reasonable driving distance.
- Proximity to parks and recreation facilities is helpful, especially if you have children.
- Quality of schools, nursery schools and universities.  Visit the schools and ask about
the test scores, if there are any news on re-zoning, college acceptance level,
athletics, after and before school care, etc.  You can also visit
Information and
check out the schools under the districts.  Check out both the public and private
schools.
- Proximity to your work, church and community activities are vital to an enjoyable
life.
- Above all, look for a friendly neighborhood that instantly makes you and/or your
family feel welcomed.

Suggestion in Finding the Right Neighborhood

- Drive through the community at different times of night and day.
- Spend time in local stores and restaurants, check out nearby attractions, pick up
the local paper, etc.
- Talk to its residents.  Don't be shy about speaking to your future neighbors.
Remember, they were the new kids on the block once, too.
